Former WWE manager Dutch Mantell recently shared his thoughts on Ludwig Kaiser. The German star was in action on SmackDown this week.
United States Champion LA Knight issued an open challenge this week to anyone who would fight him for the title. This was answered by Kaiser, much to the amazement of fans in Berlin, Germany. The Imperium member cut a promo on The Megastar as his home country fans cheered him on.
While speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's Smack Talk podcast, Mantell detailed that it was a great decision to have Ludwig Kaiser answer the open challenge. He felt that the 34-year-old star was a true professional in the ring and his moves looked legitimate and believable. The former WWE manager mentioned that the two put on a great match and set the tone for the entire evening.
"He's (Ludwig Kaiser) great. I mean, technically, he does everything with purpose. It's believable. There's no bullsh*t with the guy. So when he went out there, good for the Berlin fans because now he's one of their countrymen going up against the champion. Great match," Dutch Mantell said. [4:23 - 4:45]
