Titus O'Neil faced Cesaro on the Thanksgiving-themed November 29, 2013, episode of WWE SmackDown. In a recent podcast, former WWE commentator John Bradshaw Layfield (JBL) addressed O'Neil's post-match segment with fellow announcer Michael Cole.

Cesaro won the match via disqualification after O'Neil's tag team partner Darren Young attacked the Swiss star during a Cesaro Swing. After the bout, O'Neil vomited in JBL's hat at ringside before placing it on Cole's head.

On Something to Wrestle, JBL said O'Neil was only told to spit out food and drink. However, the wrestler misunderstood the idea for the segment and legitimately threw up instead:

"They gave him this stuff to drink, but what he was supposed to do was drink it and spew it out," JBL stated. "It was like peas and all kinds of brown liquid and stuff. Well, Titus thought you were supposed to drink it and then throw up. He misunderstood from one of the instructions, so Titus drinks it and makes himself throw up, and he throws up on Michael Cole! He threw up on Michael! Threw up in the hat and he put it on Michael! Michael's out there with puke on him." [1:41:58 – 1:42:25]

A top AEW star just called one of his colleagues 'spoiled' and 'narcissistic' HERE.

O'Neil also vomited on Cesaro's manager Zeb Colter, aka Dutch Mantell, after walking away from the announce table.

How Vince McMahon reacted to Titus O'Neil's misunderstanding

The latest Something to Wrestle revolved around JBL's stories about Vince McMahon talking to commentators through a headset during shows.

According to JBL, the former WWE Chairman told Michael Cole to stop referencing the Titus O'Neil incident after it happened:

"Michael gets on, he goes, 'I feel like I'm back at my college frat party,' and Vince goes, 'Goddam, don't bring it up.' So, Michael, he goes into commercial and Vince goes, 'Don't bring it up.' He goes, 'Vince, you had a guy puke on me! What do you mean don't bring it up?!'" [1:42:45 – 1:42:57]

JBL also disclosed details about McMahon instructing him to say a Chris Jericho segment was the worst thing in television history.
