Five individuals recently filed a lawsuit against Vince and Linda McMahon, WWE, and TKO for allegedly allowing "open, rampant abuse" of ring boys in the 1980s and 1990s at the hands of former ring crew chief Melvin Phillips Jr. Lee Cole, brother of former ring boy the late Tom Cole, recently discussed the implications of that lawsuit on the Stamford-based promotion.
Speaking on his Wrestling with the Devil podcast, Lee Cole claimed all members of the McMahon family will be deposed for the newly filed lawsuit, including Vince McMahon's son-in-law, Triple H. He also predicted that Vince's former associate Bruce Prichard, who remains in WWE as Executive Director - CWT, will face the same.
Lee, whose brother was at the center of the WWE's ring boy scandal in the early 1990s, predicted that TKO would fire The Game and Prichard once the depositions started for the ongoing lawsuit.
"TKO/WWE will clean house. Out is gonna be Triple H. Out is gonna be Prichard. Staying is gonna be [Nick] Khan. And the reason Khan is staying is because Nick Khan, he came later. See, these depositions are gonna open up some doorways, and you know that Stephanie McMahon, Linda McMahon, all the McMahons are gonna be deposed," he said. [From 2:10 - 2:37]

Tom Lee's brother wondered if TKO would want Triple H around after he potentially gets deposed, questioning whether he knows a lot about Vince McMahon's alleged wrongdoings.
"Do you think that this man knows a lot about the skeletons in Vince McMahon's closets? Do you think that TKO wants him around once he starts getting deposed? Or do you think that they wanna cut away from the old regime of Vince McMahon? And let's face it, he was a big part of that time, a big part. I mean, he's been with the company for decades, several decades. He's been at Vince McMahon's side. So, he's gonna have to sit down during depositions and answer questions." [From 5:26 - 6:04]
Lee Cole also addressed Stephanie McMahon's potential return to WWE
On the same episode of his Wrestling with the Devil podcast, Lee Cole commented on the potential return of Stephanie McMahon to the Stamford-based promotion. The Billion Dollar Princess left the company in January 2023 following her father's return as executive chairman.
Tom Lee's brother predicted that Stephanie could return to WWE. However, he claimed her comeback would be short-lived as she would also get deposed, and TKO would want to distance themselves from all associates of Vince McMahon.
"Anybody that thinks Stephanie McMahon is gonna be coming back, she might come back, but it's gonna be very temporary because these people are all gonna be deposed," he said.
Stephanie McMahon recently broke her social media silence after 21 months to confirm her return at WrestleMania 41.
