Jade Cargill is currently out of action after being attacked on WWE SmackDown two weeks ago. Raquel Rodriguez seemingly broke character talking about Cargill but didn't answer directly if she was the one behind the assault.

Cargill was taken out by a mystery attacker on the November 22 episode of SmackDown. She suffered multiple injuries, including a bruised kidney, bone bruise, sprained MCL in her left knee, deep lumbar paraspinal muscle contusions, and facial lacerations.

One of the suspects was Rodriguez, who was part of the heel team for the Women's WarGames match at Survivor Series. However, she called the assault an unfortunate situation before trying to change the subject.

"You know what happened to Jade was very unfortunate, but we have to all look forward and we just have to keep pushing forward onto what's next," Rodriguez said. [20:26 - 20:34]

Big Mami Cool is among the top heels on RAW. She seemingly broke character while talking about Cargill, who is a prominent fan favorite.

Jade Cargill is reportedly out for at least three months with a neck injury, although nothing has been confirmed at the moment. Cargill was replaced by Bayley in the Women's WarGames match as the babyfaces triumphed on Saturday in Vancouver, Canada.

It's unclear whether Bianca Belair will be allowed to pick a new tag team partner like what happened with Chelsea Green and Sonya Deville last year. Green chose Piper Niven as Deville's replacement, and they were declared the Women's Tag Team Champions.

Conflicting reports on Jade Cargill's injury status

While WWE's version of events regarding Jade Cargill's injury was not true, there were reports that she had a legitimate injury. It was speculated that it had something to do with her neck, although it was not confirmed.

Mike Johnson of PWInsider reported on Saturday that Cargill was sidelined due to storyline purposes only. She is not injured, and the company is seemingly preparing something big for her.

It's unclear what those plans are, but with Royal Rumble and WrestleMania 41 getting closer, it won't be surprising to see Cargill as part of the build. Fans will have to wait and see what's next in the story.

There are several dream matches for the two-time WWE Women's Tag Team Champion. Fans have been clamoring for a bout between her and Bianca Belair, while Charlotte Flair teased something when Big Jade debuted on-screen on SmackDown.
