A huge WWE name recently had an unexpected physical altercation with a co-worker following the end of Saturday Night's Main Event. Although the mentioned executive had retired from in-ring competition two years ago, his involvement in the incident sparked rumors about a potential return to the ring. Nevertheless, wrestling veteran Jonathan Coachman believes that would never happen.

After suffering a serious heart issue, WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H hung up his boots in 2022. He has since been fully focused on his backstage role. However, he unexpectedly got into a physical altercation with Kevin Owens after the latter brutally attacked Cody Rhodes following Saturday Night's Main Event. The incident had fans and experts speculating on whether The Game could return to the squared circle for a retirement match against The Prizefighter.

Speaking on the Behind The Turnbuckle: The Last Word podcast, Coachman predicted that Triple H would never wrestle again due to his medical condition despite what happened between him and Owens:

"It was so good that I saw people today saying, 'Oh, Triple H is coming back. Triple H is gonna get in the ring eventually.' He had a heart attack. He nearly died. Tommy, he ain't wrestling again," he said. [18:05 - 18:14]

WWE Hall of Famer Eric Bischoff doesn't want Triple H to wrestle again

On a recent episode of his 83 Weeks podcast, WWE Hall of Famer Eric Bischoff also discussed potentially seeing Chief Content Officer Triple H have a match against Kevin Owens at WrestleMania 41.

Although the former RAW General Manager did not rule out the possibility, he disclosed that he did not want The Game to wrestle again:

"Maybe [Triple H will fight Owens at WrestleMania 41]. I hope not but maybe. Here's what I liked about that. It wasn't overdone. It didn't look like an angle. Now, you're suggesting that it might've been and that's making me cringe a little bit, not because I wouldn't wanna see Triple H in the ring again. That's not it. I just don't think they need it. And it looks so believable. It was so well executed because it didn't look like an angle. And maybe that's the reason why it should be because they got me with it or they executed well enough to potentially get me with it. So, we'll see but I hope not," he said.

Sportskeeda Wrestling's Dr. Chris Featherstone recently reported that WWE currently has no plans for Triple H to return to in-ring competition.
