Triple H made a major announcement following this year's edition of WWE Survivor Series: WarGames. The show was a massive success for the company.
It took place in Vancouver, Canada, a couple of nights after Thanksgiving. In the opening match, Bianca Belair, Rhea Ripley, Naomi, IYO SKY, and Bayley defeated Nia Jax, Candice LeRae, Liv Morgan, Tiffany Stratton and Raquel Rodriguez in the Women's WarGames match. For the male counterpart, Roman Reigns, The Usos, CM Punk, and Sami Zayn defeated the new Bloodline in the main event.
Plus, the United States Championship changed hands as Shinsuke Nakamura dethroned LA Knight. After WWE Survivor Series went off the air, Triple H appeared on the post-show press conference. He announced that 17,828 fans packed Rogers Arena for the premium live event.
The Game also revealed they set a new arena gate record for North America. This was WWE’s 63rd sellout of the year.
"We set an all-time North American arena gate record here tonight. So that's—it was sold out, 17,828 in the building tonight. And that is our 63rd sellout for the year. So we've had quite a year," said Triple H. [41:20-41:45]
