Triple H has altered the careers of many WWE Superstars in the past three decades. Recently, former Universal Champion Kevin Owens credited The Game for a very special moment in his career.
In 2016, Kevin Owens became the second-ever Universal Champion when he pinned Seth Rollins. However, the win came with controversy as Triple H hit The Visionary with a Pedigree and handed the title to The Prizefighter, who had a lengthy reign as the champion on Monday Night RAW.
In a video titled WWE Retrospective, Kevin Owens reflected on the night when he won the vacant Universal Championship. During that, the nine-time champion credited Triple H for a shot in the company and spoke highly of the special moment with The Game in the middle of the ring.
"Another layer to it [winning the Universal Championship] was Triple H is a reason I got to WWE. He's the one who took a chance on me, and he literally handed me the title that night as part of the story and also literally. He helped me win it in character, and then he gave me that title, presented it to me in the ring. So, again sharing that with the guy who gave me that chance, it just makes it so special. Special moment," Owens said. [From 15:28 to 16:00]

Recently, The Game promoted the upcoming Saturday Night's Main Event alongside Cody Rhodes. In the promotion video, Hunter gifted The American Nightmare a case, which he could use for one night only. The item was not revealed, but many speculated it could be the winged eagle title.
"One. Night. Only. @CodyRhodes #SNME," Hunter wrote.
Earlier this year, Triple H did another promotional video with Cody Rhodes to promote Bad Blood in Atlanta.
