Triple H, Sasha Banks and IYO SKY addressed in emotional Bayley message ahead of WWE Clash at the Castle

WWE Superstar Bayley recently discussed her current reign as the Women's Champion ahead of her match at the Clash at the Castle Premium Live Event this weekend.

After Bayley was betrayed by her Damage CTRL teammates, she challenged IYO SKY for the WWE Women's Championship at WrestleMania XL. The Role Model dethroned her former teammate and has since defended the gold against multiple opponents. The 34-year-old is now all set to lock horns with Piper Niven at the upcoming WWE Clash at the Castle Premium Live Event.

During a recent interview with Denise Salcedo, the host asked Bayley what her current title meant to her as she had already won many championships.

The Role Model said that her current reign meant the most to her because of the storyline with IYO SKY and the rest of her Damage CTRL teammates. She also mentioned that her first WWE Tag Team Championship win alongside Sasha Banks, now known as Mercedes Mone, meant a lot as well.

"This is a big one I think just because of the story going into it and winning this at WrestleMania. I mean I've gone into WrestleMania as champion, I've lost titles at WrestleMania but this one was really special, sharing it with IYO [SKY] and just the story and how much it meant to all of us. Umm winning the Royal Rumble, you know. This title reign for me feels the most real and the one that I connect with the most aside from winning the tag titles the first time," she said.

Bayley added that she is on a different level right now in her career and said that she felt crazy being part of a new era under Triple H's leadership.

"Just because I'm at a different part of my career, a different level right now. As much as I loved my run in the pandemic and longest reigning SmackDown Women's Champion, that was all so fun but being able to share this with the live audience feels so special. It feels being in this new era with Triple H taking over like it's just a crazy time to be a part of and I feel so grateful to be a part of it right now," she added. [0:22 - 1:17]

Piper Niven sent a threat to Bayley ahead of WWE Clash at the Castle

During an interview with PWInsider, Piper Niven was full of praise for Bayley, saying that the latter brings out the best in her opponents.

Niven also sent a threat to The Role Model and vowed to dethrone her as the WWE Women's Champion.

"I think [Bayley] is Incredibly talented. I think she brings out the best in her opponents and I really think that is that's something that should be respected not just as a fan but as a fellow performer and you really admire the people that work like that and another performer like that comes to mind, Shawn Michaels, so I really do have a lot of respect for her, but. With that in mind I'll try and keep that respect in mind when I'm drilling her head into the mat and taking her belt off her," Niven said.

It will be interesting to see if Piper Niven will dethrone Bayley at the WWE Clash at the Castle Premium Live Event.
