According to an NWA Hall of Famer, Triple H's tactics have taken away from the magical aspect of WWE. The name in question, Bill Apter, shared his thoughts on how the company has changed in the new era.
Since Triple H's ascension to the top in managing the Stamford-based promotion, he has taken quite a few steps in transforming the business. One of his major decisions was to give fans a documentary of the backstage events leading up to WrestleMania 40 in Philadelphia.
Speaking on Sportskeeda's UnSKripted, Bill Apter said he was not a fan of these WWE developments, claiming they take away the "magic" of the shows.
"Since the Triple H era has come about, we have been pushing, 'This is not sports entertainment in a way. This is professional wrestling.' And it's been like that until this [Wyatt Sicks] came along. And now I am seeing things like this, and also upcoming, they are gonna be taking us behind the scenes of WrestleMania in Philadelphia, and people are gonna get a look at how things were planned out with the various wrestlers, etc. So they have completely taken the magic trick and opened it up for everybody to know how they do it," Apter noted. The new Triple H regime has been mostly well-received by fans and industry veterans. It remains to be seen how he will improve WWE moving forward.
