Jade Cargill has had a close tie with Bianca Belair since her arrival on the WWE main roster. However, former writer Freddie Prinze Jr. thinks she would eventually turn on her tag team partner.

The Storm and The EST are arguably the most dominant women's tag team in the Stamford-based company. They captured the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship earlier this year at Backlash France after defeating The Kabuki Warriors. Although Belair and Cargill lost the gold to The Unholy Union in a Triple Threat Match at Clash at the Castle, they recaptured it last month at Bash in Berlin.

While addressing their victory over The Unholy Union in the German capital on his Wrestling with Freddie podcast, former WWE writer Freddie Prinze Jr. predicted that Cargill would eventually turn on Belair. He claimed the creative team, led by Triple H, would break them up once they felt The Storm had learned from working with the three-time Women's Champion.

"I can't wait for Jade Cargill to turn on her a** and have it be bada** on bada**, total crime, and just kick the sh*t out of each other at WrestleMania or wherever this takes place. I think they'll stick together until Jade sort of learns the ropes and can handle a long, storytelling, one-on-one type match. Remember, she's still so young in the game, so this is all learning for her. And once they feel she's learned, you're going to see a wedge in them, in their tag team, and then you're gonna see them break up and they're gonna have an awesome match and I can't wait to see it," Prinze Jr. said. Jade Cargill recently commented on potentially splitting from her WWE partner

Since Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair formed a tag team, many have been speculating about their potential split, which could lead to a square-off between the two powerhouses.

In an interview with Rick Ucchino on The Takedown on SI, The Storm addressed these speculations, claiming they were annoying.

"Oh my gosh. I would say it's annoying, because just be happy for the success we have right now. That we're working together, that we're building up these tag team titles. We hear it all the time. I mean, what do you guys want us to say? But we need to focus on the now and just us progressing and building up this tag team division," Cargill said.

Jade Cargill recently addressed the possibility of getting paired with WWE Hall of Famer Paul Heyman. The Women's Tag Team Champion claimed she would cry if that happened. It would be interesting to see if the idea materializes.
