Two major botches take place in WWE RAW match; Referee could be in trouble

This week's episode of WWE RAW was another stacked affair and saw Zelina Vega return to in-ring action against Ivy Nile.

Vega kicked off the match by taking out her La Chancla and slapping Ivy Nile across the face with it before throwing it into the crowd. Clearly, this was a weapon, so it should have been a disqualification, but the referee, despite seeing what happened, didn't do anything about it.

The video below shows Vega making her way to the ring with the shoe tucked into her ring attire before she uses it as a weapon.

Corey Graves deleted his Tweet! More details HERE.

The mistakes in the match didn't stop here either, since Vega then headed up to the top rope. But when she delivered a Moonsault, she completely missed her target.

The commentary team noted that she didn't get all of it, but she actually missed and landed on Nile's head. This was before Code Red was reversed, and Ivy Nile was instead able to hit a Swinging Uranage to pick up a huge win.

Vega pushed for this chance in WWE for several months, and 'Push Zelina' has become a hashtag online, but the former champion didn't have a great showing this week on RAW.
