The Judgment Day is back to its full strength after the return of Rhea Ripley on WWE RAW, but it could be short-lived. Wrestling analyst Sam Roberts recently predicted that Mami and Damian Priest could be forced to leave the faction after a shocking betrayal.

Priest is all set to put his World Heavyweight Championship on the line against Gunther at the upcoming WWE SummerSlam Premium Live Event. The Ring General got the World Title opportunity after defeating Randy Orton in the 2024 King of the Ring final.

Speaking on the latest edition of the Notsam Wrestling Podcast, Roberts felt that Gunther dethroning Damian Priest as the World Heavyweight Champion is a possibility at The Biggest Party of the Summer. He added that if the title change happens, the other Judgment Day members could turn on Priest, possibly on the RAW after SummerSlam.

Sam Roberts, however, also put forward the idea of Rhea Ripley sticking together with The Archer of Infamy, turning the duo babyface in the process.

"The Judgment Day beats down Damian Priest, except, Rhea attempts to stop the breakdown, and ends up siding with Priest. The Judgment Day is now Dominik Mysterio, Finn Balor, and JD McDonagh, and you end up going towards a rivalry between Damian Priest and Finn Balor," Sam Roberts said. [19:35 - 19:57]

Hall of Famer recently commented on Damian Priest's run as World Champion in WWE

Speaking on a recent edition of Sportskeeda Wrestling's UnSKripted show, Bill Apter called The Archer of Infamy a "polite world champion."

Apter heaped praise on Priest's character before adding that the WWE RAW superstar has an aura about him and presents himself the way a champion should.

"Damian Priest is so, such a polite World Champion. He is actually, when I am looking at him, he is bringing an aura of World Champion to that belt. I love how he doesn't go crazy, and he is not yelling and screaming you know about the championship and all this. He is very cool and mature... I like what his character is, is that he is reasonable, he is polite and he just holds that World Championship like a champion," said Apter. [36:12 onwards]

While Damian Priest has had a fruitful run as World Champion so far, the number of credible challengers on the red brand is on the rise. It will be interesting to see how long the Judgment Day member manages to hold onto the gold in the sports entertainment juggernaut.
