Zilla Fatu, a real-life member of the Bloodline, has been one of the stars around whom there's been a lot of discourse surrounding a potentially huge future in the wrestling world. There is now an unfortunate update about the star, who is famous for being the son of late WWE legend Umaga.
Ever since it was known that Zilla Fatu was preparing for a career in wrestling, the star was seen as a potential future addition to Roman Reigns' Bloodline and the stories surrounding it in WWE. On top of that, Fatu was training and performing in Booker T's ROW, a promotion that has often been seen as a perfect place to work before going to WWE.
However, there appears to be some controversy now surrounding the star. Earlier tonight, Zilla Fatu posted on his Instagram that he was not going to be appearing in Philadelphia tonight for the big match that he was advertised for in GCW. Now, GCW has also released a statement about the same. They said that the star will not be appearing for their promotion for the foreseeable future, and they replaced him with SLADE for the match originally advertised.
"Zilla Fatu will not be appearing on tonite's GCW event in Philadelphia, or any GCW shows for the forseeable future. We tried our best to avoid this situation, but we have reached an impasse. We wish him the best. Matt Tremont will now face SLADE tonight at #GCWAura in Philly."

Real-life Bloodline member, Zilla Fatu, has found himself in controversy before
This is not the first time that there has been controversy surrounding Fatu, as there had been issues with him and ROW as well, with him being cut off from the promotion by Booker T. Ultimately though, they reconciled and he is currently the ROW Champion.
It remains to be seen what the reason for this issue was, and whether WWE and he come to terms in the future, even with the controversies surrounding the star.
