The Rock's promo this past Monday on RAW prompted fans to question his WWE WrestleMania 41 status. The Final Boss hasn't confirmed nor denied if he'll be at The Showcase of the Immortals.
During the recent edition of Live Q&A on Backstage Pass, WrestleVotes provided an update on The Rock's WrestleMania status. The wrestling insider noted that the powers that be (including Rock himself) haven't made a final decision in regards to his appearance at WWE's biggest PLE of the year.
"No, I don't think anybody knows for a fact. I still expect him there. I think people within the WWE still expect him there. But there's that report, and I believe it's an honest report, that he may not wrestle. So, you know, it's kind of a touch and go until a final decision is made. And I don't think that's happened yet." [From 10:14 onwards]
Earlier on the show, Bill Apter shared his thoughts on The Rock's RAW promo. The veteran wrestling noted that the real-life Dwayne Johnson seemed out of character in his promo, but that could all be a ruse to get Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes to trust him:
Will John Cena beat Ric Flair's record? A former WCW Champion thinks so HERE
"I think that The Rock was out of character, but in storyline, with him hugging Cody and Roman Reigns. I think he's trying to lure them into a false sense of security." [From 09:13 onwards]
Elsewhere on WrestleVotes provided a major update on The Bloodline's future. Fans will have to wait to see how the whole Bloodline storyline plays out on The Road to WWE WrestleMania 41.
