Uncle Howdy recently returned to WWE television alongside other members of the new Wyatt Sicks faction. Vince Russo, WWE's head writer in the late 1990s, gave an amusing reaction when asked about the possibility of Uncle Howdy winning a World Title.
Uncle Howdy is portrayed by Bo Dallas, the brother of the late Bray Wyatt. On June 17, Dallas was involved in a chaotic scene on RAW alongside his new stablemates Dexter Lumis, Erick Rowan, Joe Gacy, and Nikki Cross.
Speaking to host Dr. Chris Featherstone on Sportskeeda Wrestling's Writing With Russo, the veteran laughed while discussing Uncle Howdy potentially capturing a World Title in the Stamford-based promotion.
"You said Cousin Howdy's gonna be [World Champion]? [laughs] Uncle Howdy is gonna be on Live with [Regis and] Kelly! All right, Uncle Howdy! Uncle Howdy's gonna do Subway commercials! Okay, all right, we'll see!" said Russo. [9:48 – 10:17]

Bo Dallas' WWE Championship aspirations
Between May 2013 and February 2014, Bo Dallas held the NXT Championship for a then-record 260 days. Since then, his only singles title victory came in September 2019 when he briefly held the 24/7 Championship.
Several years ago, Dallas said in an interview with Gorilla Position that he planned to win a main roster World Title one day.
"Multi multi WWE Champion. Who knows? Or, actually, just WWE Champion and I just hold it until then. That's better. I don't need to lose it," said Dallas.
Dallas also held the RAW Tag Team Championship for 50 days with Curtis Axel between July 2018 and September 2018.
