Former WWE manager Dutch Mantell spoke about Chelsea Green's United States Championship celebration on SmackDown this week. The star was out to celebrate her huge win at Saturday Night's Main Event.
Chelsea created history as she became the inaugural Women's United States Champion. She worked her way through a tough bracket, finally defeating Michin in the final. She was out to celebrate the win with Piper Niven this week but Michin crashed her party and went to town with a Kendo stick.
This week on Smack Talk, Mantell mentioned that Chelsea Green was arguably the most entertaining part of the show. He pointed out that all three stars got over during the segment. The veteran also stated that the angle didn't drag on and was over quickly, keeping the feud fresh and intriguing.
"I thought that was the best part of the show really. I enjoyed that. Piper Niven got over, and Michin got over when she came in with that stick. It ended on an up note. Everybody got their points in. So, we're still in business on that. They didn't take all day to get it in. They got it in three minutes or a little more maybe, and they were gone." Chelsea Green was visibly upset after Michin ruined her big moment. It will be interesting to see if Green and Piper retaliate after this attack.
