Vince Russo wants to throw rotten tomatoes at current WWE Superstar (Exclusive)

Former WWE head writer Vince Russo is not a fan of Sami Zayn and he has made his feelings known about the former Intercontinental Champion known at multiple instances in the past. Russo recently insinuated that he would be interested in throwing rotten tomatoes at the former Bloodline member.

Sami Zayn was in action at WWE SummerSlam where he lost the Intercontinental Title to Bron Breakker. However, the Underdog from the Underground will get a chance to reclaim the title next week where he will face Breakker in a 2-out-of-3 falls match.

However, it seems like Vince Russo is not looking forward to the match as he slammed Sami Zayn for wearing a flannel shirt on RAW. While speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's Legion on RAW, he talked about Zayn wearing flannel shirts.

"Who wears flannel shirts in the freaking summer? Are you trying to tell me Sami Zayn thinks he’s Mick Foley now? The guy is wearing a flannel shirt in the heat of the summer. Oh my god!"

The former WWE head writer also talked about Zayn's comedy shows which he has been doing recently. Russo added that he would only go if he was given a bucket of rotten tomatoes and the authority to throw them.

"Did they supply you with a basket of rotten tomatoes? No, then I am not interested. You give me a bucket of rotten tomatoes, I throw them at will then I would go." [From 55:35 onwards]

Sami Zayn won the Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania 40 where he ended Gunther's historic reign. He dropped the title to Bron Breakker this past weekend at SummerSlam.
