[WATCH] Dominik Mysterio subtly took care of Rhea Ripley's injured arm seconds before betraying her for Liv Morgan at WWE SummerSlam

This past weekend at WWE SummerSlam 2024, Dominik Mysterio double-crossed Rhea Ripley and sided with Liv Morgan. It appeared that Mysterio was staying by Mami's side after several weeks of fooling around with Morgan, but now 'Dirty' Dom has made his decision.

During Morgan and Ripley's Women's World Championship match at SummerSlam, Dominik Mysterio placed a steel chair into the ring, which The Miracle Kid used to her advantage to retain the gold. After the bout, Mysterio locked lips with Morgan, much to the dismay of Ripley, and exited the Cleveland Browns Stadium with her.

Now, fan footage has emerged on X/Twitter showing Mysterio setting up Ripley for Morgan's Oblivion finisher after tending to her injured arm. After placing a steel chair into position, 'Dirty' Dom moved The Eradicator's left arm onto the middle rope. This allowed the champion to capitalize while Mysterio distracted the referee on the apron, driving Ripley's head into the steel chair with her signature move.

While exiting the stadium with Morgan on his arm, Mysterio taunted the fans in attendance, establishing himself as an even greater villain than he was before SummerSlam.

Rhea Ripley was no doubt feeling a whirlwind of emotions following Dominik Mysterio's betrayal, and as a result, Mami has gone dark on X/Twitter, changing her profile picture to a black circle. She has also changed her banner image to a picture of a fallen angel.

Before she changed her X/Twitter profile, Mysterio liked a picture she was tagged in on Instagram from SummerSlam. Ripley also changed her profile image on Instagram to a fallen angel.

Mysterio and Morgan will no doubt be flaunting their alliance and addressing the situation on WWE RAW this week, but Ripley will surely be waiting in the wings to exact revenge on the pair.
