Bully Ray looks like he's all set to make an in-ring return. Whether it's his last time or not, what we know for sure is that he made an impact at Halloween Havoc, and the latest footage shows his run-in.
This Saturday on NXT Halloween Havoc, Bully Ray was met by the unpleasant Ridge Holland, who defeated Andre Chase of Chase University in an Ambulance match. Both on the pre-show and after the match, Ridge Holland confronted Bully Ray, who was just there as an analyst along with Dave LaGreca. Bubba Ray Dudley warned Holland of his interference and the consequences.
When Ridge Holland interrupted Trick Williams' NXT title celebrations and ganged up on him with Ethan Page, Bully made a run-in, and you can see the WWE Hall of Famer making the run below:
It appears to be a situation where he is set to team up with NXT Champion Trick Williams to face Ridge Holland and Ethan Page in a tag team match at 2300 Arena, aka the ECW Arena.
NXT goes there next week, and it's the perfect setting for Bubba Ray Dudley to make his in-ring return. His action inside the ring suggests that he's good to go.
It has been a while since Bubba Ray stepped into a ring. Only time will tell how much more he gets involved with this storyline on NXT.
