Triple H's WWE regime took the product to new heights as the management has drastically changed in the past few years. Recently, Nia Jax spoke highly of The Game and stated talent gets more leeway to perform compared to the previous regime.

In 2021, Nia Jax was released from WWE. She spent months away from TV before making a stellar return in the Women's Royal Rumble match in 2023. Later, she joined the roster on a full-time basis under Triple H's creative leadership.

In an interview with GameRant, Queen Nia stated that talent gets more leeway under the new leadership compared to the old, which has allowed many to grow on-screen:

"Triple H used to be a talent, right? So he's come up through the ranks, as in he understands it from every perspective: talent, grinding on the road, driving to every town, and now being the head of our WWE creative team. I want to say he's who we all look up to in the locker room, and I feel Hunter, Triple H, has like different eyes on it. He understands, he listens to the talent, he listens to the ideas, and he lets us play it out. He gives us more leeway," Jax said.

She added:

"It's almost like we're his children, where he just lets us go off and find ourselves out there in the ring, and then he hones in our high talents and gives us expertise on how to get better. I highly enjoy it. I'm not knocking the previous regime because they had a great way too, but under this Triple H regime, I enjoy the fact that I'm able to not feel scared to try something new on-screen and develop my character a little bit more with his guidance," Jax said. Nia Jax's career trajectory changed drastically under Triple H's WWE regime

A few years ago, Nia Jax was labeled as an unsafe worker and often drew heat without or without a plausable reason. While she won titles in WWE under the old regime, fans never truly appreciated the star's work.

However, it all changed for Nia Jax when she returned to WWE under Triple H's creative control. Under The Game's regime, she headlined a PLE with Rhea Ripley, scored a win over Becky Lynch, and won the Queen of the Ring tournament.

Later, she went on to win the Women's Championship from Bayley. She's currently the face of the women's division on the Blue brand with a bigger ongoing story with TIffany Stratton.
