WWE has apologized to fans after posting a tweet announcing a major match for next week's edition of RAW. The company's official Twitter/X handle apologized after making an announcement about Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston.

It won't be a stretch to say Woods and Kingston are two of the most hated men in all of World Wrestling Entertainment today. Ever since the duo turned on Big E, they have been receiving massive amounts of hate from fans and fellow wrestlers alike.

In a new tweet, WWE announced Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston will be back in action on next week's edition of the red brand. The X handle also apologized to the fans in the caption of the tweet, as can be seen below:

On the December 2, 2024, episode of RAW, The New Day gathered in the ring to celebrate the trio's 10-year anniversary of the formation. In a shocking turn of events, Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods began berating E and telling him they didn't want anything to do with him.

A heartbroken E headed backstage as Kofi and Woods were showered with boos by the capacity crowd. Fans have been booing the duo every single week since that segment on WWE RAW. Many fans have heaped praise on Triple H for booking the shocking heel turn.
