Dominik Mysterio interrupted a massive segment on the latest edition of WWE SmackDown. The act saw him getting roasted by a 36-year-old star to draw a great reaction from fans.
Triple H was out to make some big announcements on SmackDown this week. His first announcement saw him make Adam Pearce the new General Manager of RAW.
The decision didn’t sit well with The Judgment Day member Dominik Mysterio. The 26-year-old rushed down to claim that Pearce wasn’t doing his job well and nearly jeopardized The Judgment Day’s Undisputed Tag Team Championship match next week on RAW.
This called for Triple H to announce that the new General Manager of SmackDown would be former NWA World Heavyweight Champion Nick Aldis. The 36-year-old entered the ring and roasted the NXT North American Champion right away.

The spot earned a great response from fans who believe Aldis made the perfect impression on his SmackDown debut. Many were glad that the newcomer roasted Dominik Mysterio right away.

WWE fans have booed Dominik for months now since he has become the most hated member of the RAW roster. This hasn’t stopped him from getting some good bookings and winning the NXT North American Championship twice.
He was taken down by Kevin Owens with a Stunner. The spot earned a big cheer from the crowd.

The 26-year-old star has made a name for himself as a heel in WWE. He had a good rivalry against his father Rey Mysterio, that saw him join The Judgment Day and work under Rhea Ripley’s wing.
In recent months, fans have been seeing Dominik Mysterio work extra hard to remain a top member of the roster. He has worked on RAW, NXT, and SmackDown weekly, appearing on nearly every show he can to either compete in matches or support The Judgment Day members.
Dominik is also the NXT North American Champion. This has allowed him to work against some of the biggest names in NXT. His most recent match saw him challenge NXT Champion Ilja Dragunov for the title.
It looks like the WWE creative team sees a bright future for Dom Dom. He has been involved in major segments recently. He could continue to work in some big rivalries in the coming months.
