Former WWE head writer Vince Russo recently spoke about Damian Priest teaming up with the War Raiders. They faced The Judgment Day in a huge six-man tag team match.

Priest helped the War Raiders get the better of Judgment Day and become the new World Tag Team Champions a few weeks ago. Since then, Erik and Ivar have found an ideal ally in Damian in their battle against Finn Balor and his henchmen.

During the latest Legion of RAW episode, Russo pointed out that the announcers mentioned Finn Balor and Damian Priest had been at loggerheads since SummerSlam. He felt this feud had been dragging on for far too long, and WWE committed a blunder by reminding the fans of it.

"We had the six-man that you knew was coming from last week. Damian Priest and the War Raiders against Finn, McDonagh... I loved the way they pointed out. They themselves pointed out, bro, that the Finn-Priest angle has been going on since SummerSlam. Yeah guys, end it. Like yes, exactly. Why would you even mention that? Because it feels like it has been going on since last SummerSlam, 2023." [From 1:00:32 onwards]

A top AEW star just called one of his colleagues 'spoiled' and 'narcissistic' HERE.

Although The Archer of Infamy picked up the win for his team with the South of Heaven Chokeslam, The Judgment Day beat down the victors after the match.

It will be interesting to see how the babyfaces retaliate against Finn and Co. in the coming weeks.
