William Regal penned a heartfelt post addressed to WWE CCO Triple H and a few others as NXT aired its final episode on the USA Network tonight. Regal responded to a tweet that featured several memorable moments from the show's run on the network.
NXT moved to the USA Network in 2019, and its run lasted a whopping five years. Over those years, the brand saw many ups and downs and produced some incredible stars who are currently making it big on the main roster.
NXT will be moving to The CW Network starting next week, and tonight's episode was the final one on the USA Network. WWE NXT's official Twitter handle shared a heartfelt message addressed and received a special response from William Regal.
"I was part ( except for H’s family) part of the very begininging of @WWE ’s @NXT . I’m still involved but not as much as I was. Thank you to H, Shaun , Matt and everyone else that fought the fight of making a one hour program on The WWE network to traveling the world and making new stars and memories for the fans. It continues today. Doesn’t matter what the colour scheme is or was, or has been, we changed the Wrestlng world although few will want to admit it. It’s been the best part of a 41 year career being @WWENXT to the core," Regal wrote.
