Ever since her return from injury, Wendy Choo has taken on a more sinister and darker persona. But this seems to have been working for her as she has been doing well for herself and even earned a shot at the NXT Women's North American Championship recently.
During this time, Wendy Choo formed an unholy alliance with TNA wrestler Rosemary. Rosemary made her NXT debut against Kelani Jordan a couple of weeks ago and even competed against Tatum Paxley recently. Tonight, Choo and Rosemary made their presence felt.

Jordynne Grace issued an open challenge for her TNA Knockouts Championship tonight on NXT. This was the first time that the Knockouts Championship was defended on WWE television. Sol Ruca was the one to answer the call. The match was pretty evenly paced. During the match, the lights went out. When they returned, Rosemary was in front of Jordynne Grace. Wendy Choo took this opportunity to choke out Grace from behind thus ending the match.

If ever given a chance to change a storyline, Sunil would have booked Roman Reigns to end The Undertaker’s WrestleMania streak instead of Brock Lesnar. According to him, The Tribal Chief needed the victory more than Brock Lesnar, as the latter was already an established performer when he defeated ‘Taker.
