The Road to WWE WrestleMania 41 will seemingly commence with RAW's debut on Netflix on January 6, 2025. Recently, Chris Van Vliet predicted that a major legend will make his return and that his opponent for The Showcase of the Immortals will be determined by the conclusion of the upcoming red brand episode.
There have been speculations about The Rock making his shocking return on the premier episode of RAW on Netflix. On the same show, John Cena is scheduled to kick off his 2025 Farewell Tour.
Speaking on his AskCVV edition of the INSIGHT podcast, Chris Van Vliet initially predicted that The Great One might cost Roman Reigns the Tribal Combat Match against Solo Sikoa. According to the podcaster, this possible scenario could lead to a feud between Roman Reigns and The Rock, culminating at WWE WrestleMania 41.
Vliet believed that, despite the rumors, Dwayne Johnson's opponent for the grand spectacle in Las Vegas would be revealed by the end of the red brand's debut on Netflix.
A former WWE writer just went after JBL for his comments HERE
"But I think at the end of Monday Night [RAW], we're going to have a real clear answer of what The Rock's WrestleMania match is gonna be. And I still just feel it in my gut, that they [WWE] are angling for Rock vs. Roman Reigns," he said. [From 11:55 to 12:09]

WWE legend claims The Rock and John Cena will feud in 2025
At last year's WrestleMania, fans witnessed The Final Boss taking out John Cena during the Cody Rhodes vs. Reigns match. This has sparked conversations about The Rock and The Franchise Player having one more match before the latter retires.
On an episode of the Busted Open podcast, the ECW legend Tommy Dreamer envisioned a scenario where The Brahma Bull wins the Undisputed WWE Championship from Cody, a move that would likely generate significant fan backlash.
The veteran then speculated that this could lead to a high-profile feud between The Rock and John Cena, ultimately paving the way for Roman Reigns' eventual showdown with his cousin:
"I could see The Final Boss, The Rock, actually being the World Champion [Undisputed WWE Champion], which would pi*s the world off just like it did with Vince [McMahon]. John Cena coming back and doing a mega number with The Rock and then in the wake of all of it, it's Roman [Reigns]. And then Roman finally does his business with The Rock," Dreamer said.
