Wrestling legend makes WWE return after 5.5 years in a segment involving Ava; major announcement made

On NXT, Ava appeared in the ring along with Robert Stone by her side to make a huge announcement. However, Stone was attacked during the segment by a returning legend who appeared after 5.5 years.

As people expected, the NXT-ECW show was a huge hit right off the bat. Three minutes into the show, Shawn Michaels had already teased on Twitter that he saw some familiar faces backstage.

NXT General Manager Ava was out to announce the next premium live event, Deadline, on December 7 in Minnesota. It will feature an Iron Survivor Challenge again. After Robert Stone started trashing the local Philadelphia crowd for not being hardcore enough, WWE legend Rhyno appeared out of nowhere to give him a Gore.

Rhyno received a massive pop for hitting the Gore on Robert Stone, and it was a moment to remember.

Other legends returned as well. Rob Van Dam was in a segment with Kelani Jordan before Wes Lee attacked him. He would get his revenge by costing Wes Lee his match against Je'Von Evans.

As for the other legend, Nunzio was spotted along with Tony Mamaluke - with the 52-year-old getting a North American Championship shot against Tony D'Angelo. The Iron Survivor Challenge will be incredible.
