Former WWE head writer Vince Russo recently named some stars who should not be associated with the Stamford-based company. He picked out veterans like The Miz, Sheamus, and Kofi Kingston.
The current RAW roster boasts of some veterans who have been with WWE for a long time. Sheamus, The Miz, and The New Day have all been working with the company for well over a decade.
While speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's Legion of RAW podcast, Russo claimed that unless the wrestlers were at the very top, they should leave WWE within ten years. He felt major stars like John Cena, Triple H, and The Rock could have longer tenures in the Stamford-based promotion. However, others like Sheamus, The Miz, and even The New Day should have retired long before they became redundant from the show.
"Unless you are John Cena caliber, nobody should be with that company for more than 10 years. Unless you're a Cena, a Rock, a Triple H, nobody should be with that company for more than 10 years. He (Sheamus) should be gone, he (The Miz) should be gone, New Day should be gone. They bring zero to this show, nothing," Vince Russo said. [13:53 - 14:23]
