A wrestling veteran recently revealed he had exchanged texts with his former trainee, WWE Women's Champion Tiffany Stratton. He stated that he had warned her of two major superstars.

After holding the Women's Money in the Bank briefcase for nearly six months, Stratton cashed in her contract on Nia Jax on the January 3 episode of SmackDown to capture the WWE Women's Championship. On a recent episode of Straight Talk with The Boss, the 25-year-old's former trainer Greg Gagne addressed her victory, disclosing that they had an interaction afterward, in which Stratton told him she would not be where she was if it was not for him.

Meanwhile, the 76-year-old added that he warned his former trainee not to get cocky and to watch out for Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair. While The Man has been away since June 2024, Flair has been absent for over a year. However, they are expected to return soon:

"I sent Tiffany a little note. She sent me a nice remark back. I was proud of her. And she said I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for you, which was very nice. And she did a great job. You know, I sent back a little note the other day, 'Be careful now, don't get too cocky and watch out for Becky and Charlotte, they're coming back,'" he said. [26:34 - 26:54]

Bayley will challenge Tiffany Stratton for the WWE Women's Championship

Last night on SmackDown, Tiffany Stratton celebrated her WWE Women's Championship win. However, she was interrupted by Nia Jax, Bayley, and the Women's Tag Team Champions Naomi and Bianca Belair. As the four superstars brawled, Stratton laid them all out with the Prettiest Moonsault Ever.

SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis then intervened to announce a Fatal Four-Way match between Jax, Bayley, Naomi, and Belair to determine the number-one contender for Stratton's title. The Role Model won the fight by pinning The Glow. She will now challenge Stratton for the championship next week on the blue brand.

It will be interesting to see if Stratton can retain her title in her first championship defense.
