Gunther has been the World Heavyweight Champion for four months and has successfully gotten past every challenger put in front of him so far, from Randy Orton to Damian Priest to Finn Balor. Wrestling veteran Vince Russo said one particular star isn't believable as The Ring General's opponent.
On the latest episode of Sportskeeda Wrestling's Writing with Russo, wrestling veteran Vince Russo spoke honestly about The Judgment Day, criticizing WWE's handling of the top RAW faction. He said it was hard for anybody to care about the stable unless they broke up.
Russo picked Finn Balor in particular and said while the 43-year-old was a great worker, he wasn't a believable opponent in the World Heavyweight Title match at Saturday Night's main event.

Who is next for Gunther after Saturday Night's Main Event?
Gunther has now been the World Heavyweight Champion for 137 days. He's still far away from becoming the longest-reigning titleholder. However, unlike his accomplishment with the Intercontinental Title, the current edition of the World Heavyweight Championship he holds has only been active since mid-2023.
There has been a mixed response to his world title reign. Regardless, he has overcome everyone in his path so far, seemingly disposing of Damian Priest and Finn Balor.
Saturday Night's Main Event was likely his last televised world title defense for the year, and it's hard to see a scenario where he doesn't enter WrestleMania 41 as the World Heavyweight Champion. Either way, he will be integral to the RAW on Netflix debut special, and perhaps that's where we see a dream confrontation of sorts.
Many have speculated, or rather, many are hoping that Gunther faces John Cena at some point during his retirement tour in 2025. The next major title defense for Gunther could happen at the 2025 Royal Rumble in Indianapolis, but it's hard to tell who could step up to the plate. Cena is certainly one option, and so is Goldberg.
There was a clear tease of a match between The Austrian Anomaly and Da Man at Bad Blood 2024 this year. But it's unclear when Goldberg will return and whether it will be his last-ever match. If it is, then there's no better opponent to bring the best out of him.
In terms of the full-time roster, nobody is available, as most of the top stars are occupied in different feuds. For example, Sami Zayn and Jey Uso are going to be busy with Drew McIntyre while Damian Priest and Finn Balor possibly renew their rivalry. Seth Rollins is far too deep into his feud with CM Punk, and their dream match is happening on the debut edition of RAW on Netflix.
Monday Night RAW is simply short on babyface challengers for the World Heavyweight Champion.
