Weeks ahead of Crown Jewel 2024, Triple H told Randy Orton that he was trying to protect him, but The Viper faced severe consequences during the latest episode of Friday Night SmackDown. WWE has finally addressed Orton’s health, revealing details about it.

The Viper and Kevin Owens got into an unsanctioned fight despite security officials' efforts to separate them. Things turned ugly when The Prizefighter delivered a scary piledriver to Randy Orton, leaving him motionless on the mat. This resulted in him being carried out on a stretcher to an ambulance.
Now, WWE has announced the nature of the injury on X/Twitter. It was revealed that after the brutal attack on SmackDown, Randy Orton has been diagnosed with a cervical cord neurapraxia. It was also noted that he would be out of action for an undefined period.
