One match has been officially booked for the first WWE RAW on Netflix as Roman Reigns will square off with Solo Sikoa in Tribal Combat. WWE analyst Sam Roberts recently suggested the company may book another huge match for the show.
Liv Morgan successfully defended her Women's World Championship against IYO SKY last night at Saturday Night's Main Event. However, Rhea Ripley interrupted the Judgment Day member's celebration as the two had a staredown. The Eradicator and Morgan have feuded for most of 2024. Nevertheless, Ripley has failed to recapture the title from her arch-rival.
Speaking on his Notsam Wrestling podcast, Roberts claimed the staredown between Morgan and Ripley was a clear sign that The Eradicator would be the next opponent for the 30-year-old champion. He pointed out that a title match between the two top female stars could happen on the first RAW on Netflix on January 6.

"Staredown of equals and you're like 'It's not so cut and dry who would win that match.' And I don't know, is that a January 6 match? Is that a Netflix RAW match? I mean, this Netflix RAW, one match announced for it so far already and it's like a match that people were wondering if it was gonna headline WrestleMania this year, Roman and Solo. Are we gonna just load this thing up? Are we talking about Liv and Rhea on the 6th?" Roberts said.

The 41-year-old then pointed out that the square-off could also take place on the upcoming Saturday Night's Main Event on January 25:

Bill Apter recently praised Rhea Ripley's work in WWE
Rhea Ripley has been one of the top superstars in the Stamford-based company over the past few years. On Sportskeeda's The Wrestling Time Machine, legendary wrestling journalist Bill Apter praised The Eradicator's work in WWE.
Apter claimed the former Women's World Champion redefined the role of a female superstar, stating that she has become a household face in the business.
"To me, Rhea Ripley changed the tide, the Riptide there. Rhea Ripley redefined the female end of WWE and I would say there are a lot of other women in there that did incredible, including Teddy's pick Nia Jax. Liv Morgan also, way up there, and so many of them... Rhea is, people expect to see her. She became a household face in the pro wrestling business in 2024." [8:55 onwards]
Ripley had to relinquish the Women's World Championship earlier this year after suffering a legit injury at the hands of Liv Morgan. It would be interesting to see if she would be the one to dethrone The Judgment Day member.
