WWE recently claimed that a former champion embarrassed her rivals on the latest edition of Monday Night RAW. The superstar in question is LWO's Zelina Vega.
On the July 15 episode of the red brand's show, the 33-year-old was speaking to backstage interviewer Jackie Redmond when the newly formed trio of Sonya Deville, Shayna Baszler, and Zoey Stark interrupted. Zelina Vega, however, fired back at all three of them. She further took shots at Dominik Mysterio while sending a message to Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley that she would soon become the Women's World Champion.
The Stamford-based company recently took to Instagram to share a clip of Zelina Vega's verbal assault on her rivals. In the caption to the post, WWE claimed that the former Women's Tag Team Champion "cooked" her opponents.

"Sonya [Deville], I couldn't really hear anything past your forehead. But this little scare tactics thing that the three stooges are doing is not really doing anything for me. Nothing is standing in the way of me and that title, okay? Not Liv Morgan, not Rhea Ripley, not Dominik [Mysterio] and his mustache, not you and your mustache [pointing towards Shayna Baszler] or your forehead. So, I'm ready," she said.

Zelina Vega had recently challenged Liv Morgan for the Women's World Championship. The former TNA/IMPACT Knockouts Tag Team Champion managed to gain an upper hand in the title bout. However, Morgan retained the title after interference from Dominik Mysterio.
Zelina Vega seemingly got injured on WWE RAW
The backstage confrontation led to a singles match between Zelina Vega and Sonya Deville. The contest, however, lasted just over a minute.
The LWO member gained the upper hand early on as she hit her opponent with the 619. But, soon after, Shayna Baszler attacked Vega's arm behind the referee's back. It allowed Sonya to hit Deville's Advocate for the pinfall win.
After the show, WWE posted a clip on social media, revealing that Vega might have sustained an injury to her forearm during the match. In the video shared by the wrestling promotion's official X account, Vega appeared to be in a lot of pain as officials were helping her on her way to the locker room.
Zelina Vega has lately become an integral part of Monday Night RAW. WWE fans would be hoping that the injury would not force her out of action.
