WWE faction injures Zelina Vega's arm as its third member beats her in first appearance after hiatus

WWE Superstar Zelina Vega was viciously attacked and defeated on the July 15, 2024, episode of Monday Night RAW. The Latino World Order member had a fixture against a returning superstar of a rival faction on the show. However, things took a dark turn as the group made it clear that it didn’t just want to win but to destroy.

Sonya Deville made her much-awaited in-ring return after being on hiatus for several months, after which she stayed limited to backstage segments. She faced Zelina Vega on RAW tonight with her teammates Zoey Stark and Shayna Baszler at ringside. The match had just started when the superstar distracted the referee to allow her teammates to target Vega’s arm.

Once the initial damage was delivered, Sonya Deville ended things with The Deville’s Advocate and pinned Vega in under two minutes. Post-match, the trio targeted the right arm of the LWO member even after the match ended. While Lyra Valkyria, Kayden Carter, and Katana Chance came to her rescue, her arm had gotten badly injured.

With a shattering loss and injury, Vega now stands several steps away from achieving a goal close to her heart.

Zelina Vega and her promise to win a WWE belt

Zelina Vega is one of the hardest workers in the WWE women’s locker room right now. The superstar won the inaugural Queen’s Crown Tournament and is a former Women’s Tag Team Champion.

However, she has yet to win a singles championship belt. Interestingly, she recently paid tribute to her late father and promised to win a singles title.

“The championship is the next thing I bring you, Dad,” wrote Vega.

While the determined superstar recently got herself in a title match against WWE Women’s Champion Liv Morgan, she lost because of the antics of Dominik Mysterio.

However, while she could have earned another shot and fought again, Zelina now has to wait for her arm to improve.
