Former RAW Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss has been out of action for a while now. She was last seen on WWE television at the 2023 Royal Rumble Premium Live Event. She took a maternity leave and since then fans have been eagerly awaiting her return. Recently, alarming news has emerged involving the 33-year-old superstar and a fan.
According to a report by The New York Times, an elderly man in his 70s lost nearly $1 million to an Alexa Bliss impersonator. The man, Alfred, believed he was in a romantic relationship with the WWE Superstar.
Chris Mancinelli, the son of victim Alfred Mancinelli, paid his first visit to his late father's residence this summer since he passed away. While taking a look at family pictures he found a picture of Alexa Bliss.
Mancinelli told The New York Times that the family member failed to convince their father that he was dating a fraud, and after his son tried to move his father’s funds from his account to save him from the scam he ended up getting sued by the 79-year-old.

Alfred apparently also gave up his granddaughter's college funds to impress the impersonator.
This is not the first time some impersonators have demanded money or looted fans by posing to be Alexa Bliss or any other star. The Former RAW Women’s Champion has often cautioned her fans that she is never going to ask them for money and to be aware of the scammers.
