One of the matches scheduled for this week's episode of RAW was called off after a former WWE Champion caused an interference. Pete Dunne was supposed to wrestle Bronson Reed during the show, but Sheamus showed up and attacked them.

The Celtic Warrior and The Bruiserweight used to be part of a stable known as The Brawling Brutes on SmackDown, but they disbanded after the four-time world champion sustained an injury. Ridge Holland was the third member but returned to NXT and is currently a part of Chase U.

Meanwhile, Pete Dunne formed a tag team with Tyler Bate on WWE RAW, but the latter is currently out of action due to an injury. Last week on the red brand, Sheamus had a match against Bronson Reed, which he won.

After the bout, Reed was about to attack The Celtic Warrior, but Dunne came out and took out the Aussie superstar.

However, the former NXT UK Champion blindsided his former stablemate. On WWE RAW this week, Sheamus attacked Pete Dunne in the ring before his match against Bronson Reed. The bell never rang, which means the match never started.

Sheamus hit Dunne with the 10 Beats of the Bodhrán and tried to hit the Brogue Kick, but the latter bailed. During a backstage interview, Sheamus challenged Pete Dunne to a match.
