A WWE legend has come out of retirement after nearly two years to defeat a noted member of the Anoaʻi family and Roman Reigns' cousin. Booker T laced up his boots to defeat Zilla Fatu in his home promotion of Reality of Wrestling.
Booker T last wrestled in a singles match way back in 2019. Since then, he's competed in only a handful of multi-man encounters, with his last in-ring outing occurring during the 2023 Men's Royal Rumble match. The NXT commentator made news when he revealed that he would step back inside the squared circle for his first singles match in six years to face Zilla Fatu in Reality of Wrestling.
The contest took place at ROW's Battle to the Bell 2025 event, where Booker T secured the win over the much younger Fatu. The outcome will surprise fans, as none would have expected the WWE legend to defeat the up-and-coming star.

Booker T, in my mind, is definitely one of the greatest to ever do it. Definitely my top three to top five. Being able to share his last match will be amazing. I'm hoping to speaking it into existence. We need that to happen. But Booker T schooling me? I'm going to say, last week, we saw Jake Paul and Mike Tyson, and I'm going to let it alone right there."
Only time will tell if Booker T, who's still in great physical condition, gets the chance to step inside the WWE ring for a potential farewell match.
