WWE Hall of Famer "on board" for massive 5-on-5 match for WarGames instead of Bloodline vs. Bloodline

The Bloodline storyline keeps on entertaining fans with its twists and turns every week. With the recent developments in the storyline, it is clear that a battle between both versions of The Bloodline might be seen on WWE programming very soon. However, a WWE Hall of Famer has a whole new idea that he is on board for. That would be Bully Ray.

While the Men's WarGames Match at the Survivor Series: WarGames 2024 Premium Live Event is expected to be a 4-on-4 battle, it would keep the WWE Universe intrigued. With the Solo Sikoa-led Bloodline stacked, Roman Reigns, Jey Uso, and Jimmy Uso might need one more man, who could be the former Honorary Uce, Sami Zayn.

In a recent edition of the Busted Open Radio podcast, WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray addressed the anticipated match at Survivor Series: WarGames 2024 and stated that he was open for a 5-on-5 battle as well. Suggesting Kevin Owens joins Solo and Cody Rhodes teams up with Roman Reigns, the 53-year-old veteran was "on board" for the high-profile bout.

"Are we gonna go five-on-five? Would we go with Jacob Fatu, Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, Solo Sikoa, and Kevin Owens versus Cody, Roman, Jimmy, Jey, and Sami? You tie that all in? All right, I’m on board, because now you’ve brought Cody and Kevin into WarGames—even though I don’t think they need to do that," Bully Ray said. [13:35 onwards]

However, Ray added that there was no need for a 5-on-5 battle and that a match between both versions of The Bloodline itself would make perfect sense.

"If you’re asking me creatively, if I had the pencil right at this very second, just based on the past 10 minutes of conversation, I’m keeping Cody and Kevin separate from WarGames. I'd rather have this WarGames based on The Bloodline and The Bloodline only." [14:09 onwards]

The Bloodline is set to face Roman Reigns and The Usos at WWE Crown Jewel 2024

While fans have been anticipating a massive match between both versions of The Bloodline, WWE has made a Six-Man Tag Team Match official for the Crown Jewel 2024 Premium Live Event. Solo Sikoa's Bloodline would take on the trio of Roman Reigns, Jey Uso, and Jimmy Uso at the PLE in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Keeping in mind the recent developments, Sami Zayn making an appearance during the match seems quite possible. However, with Solo having the numbers advantage already, it would be interesting to see how Reigns and The Usos come up with a plan to emerge victorious in the bout.
