Presidential candidate Donald Trump has worked with WWE several times. Moreover, he was also inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. Interestingly, another Hall of Famer, Gerald Brisco, recently revealed what it was like to work with the former President of the United States.
Gerald Brisco recently appeared in the latest episode of What Were They Thinking? on Backstage Pass along with JBL and Joe Lowry. The Hall of Famer talked about his experience of working with Donald Trump and said that the business tycoon was a very curious man. He also highlighted how he always wanted to learn more about the business.
“I'll tell you about my experience with him. I got to work with him firsthand as a producer. I always found him very entertaining and very, very willing to learn new things. I mean, this guy came into a business that he knew very little about. He knew it was entertainment and he always got it when it comes to entertainment. But he was always curious, ‘How does this work?’ I'd sit back there in Gorilla with my headphones on, ‘Who are you talking to? What are you relaying? Can you talk to these people?’ I mean, he wanted to know every little aspect of it.
Ending his statement, Brisco mentioned that he only had good things to say about Donald Trump.
“I've worked with a lot of different celebrities, but he's probably the most inquisitive guy I ever worked with. I had nothing but good things at that time to say about Trump. He seemed like a family man. He always brought his family with him. Made sure they were seated, made sure they were taken care of, and did his business very professionally. So I had no issues with Trump in that.” [7:50 - 9:00]
