WWE Hall of Famer Stone Cold Steve Austin recently shed light on his absence from the biggest WrestleMania of all time in Philadelphia. Earlier this year, Stone Cold Steve Austin was one of the most talked about legends heading into The Show of Shows, as many believed The Texas Rattlesnake would appear at the event to aid Cody Rhodes against The Bloodline. However, it didn't happen.
In an interview on Unlikley with Adrian Hernandez, the host asked the WWE Hall of Famer about his absence from the event. The former six-time World Champion stated that he couldn't attend 'Mania due to personal reasons.
"Oh, it was close, and they certainly reached out to me. We had conversations, but my wife and I had something going on, and I didn't need to go to Philly at that time. I've said I missed that 'Mania and God dang, Philly was a good town to me back in the day, and I appreciate those fans. I couldn't make it down on that one," Austin said. [From 21:47 to 22:05]

Which WWE Hall of Famer appeared at the event to save Cody Rhodes?
Earlier this year, Cody Rhodes faced the biggest challenge of his career when he went up against The Rock and Roman Reigns. Moreover, The Bloodline backed their own blood, and The American Nightmare was severely outnumbered by the opposition.
Later, Roman Reigns' previous rivals lined up to help Cody Rhodes, mainly Seth Rollins, who agreed to be The American Nightmare's shield at the event. After losing in the first night's main event, the next night's main event became a Bloodline Rules match.
