WWE Hall of Famer Stone Cold Steve Austin missed WrestleMania XL. However, the legend recently addressed the possibility of making an appearance at next year's Show of Shows in Las Vegas.

Earlier this year, Cody Rhodes was aided by several notable stars and legends at WrestleMania as he went up against The Final Boss and Roman Reigns' The Bloodline. After a major assist from Jey Uso, Seth Rollins, John Cena, and The Undertaker, The American Nightmare finally dethroned The Tribal Chief.

Unfortunately, Stone Cold Steve Austin was missing from the PLE and The Deadman was called in to replace the WWE Hall of Famer. In an interview on Unlikley with Adrian Hernandez, the six-time World Champion commented on a potential appearance at next year's event in Las Vegas.

"Anyway, it'll [WrestleMania 41] be in Vegas. I hope to be there this year... If he [Cody Rhodes] needs another hand, I mean I'll be there," Austin said. [From 22:21 to 22:32]

WWE Hall of Famer Stone Cold Steve Austin's last match took place at WrestleMania 38

WWE Hall of Famer Stone Cold Steve Austin has spent several years away from wrestling upon retirement from in-ring competition. The Texas Rattlesnake made sporadic appearances for the Stamford-based company, where he hit his legendary Stunner or a superstar or two.

While the veteran didn't compete inside the ring for almost two decades, it all changed in 2022. At the beginning of the year, Kevin Owens started to call out Austin in the hopes of sharing the ring with him for the first time.

After weeks of calling out, Stone Cold Steve Austin finally appeared in Texas at The Grandest Stage of Them All and attended The KO Show. The segment led to a No Holds Barred Match, and The Texas Rattlesnake walked out of the event with a win over The Prizefighter.

On the next night, he appeared and hit three stars with a Stunner to close the segment. Many expected the veteran to appear in Philadelphia for The Showcase of The Immortals, but that didn't happen.
