WWE hints that popular duo may be splitting 

Factions and tag teams wind up splitting in WWE eventually. Typically acrimoniously, and on rare occasions, they simply go their separate ways. The same can be said about on-screen couples.

While it was a cliffhanger, the closing moments of this week's RAW hinted at the end of Rhea Ripley and Dominik Mysterio. The duo was a popular entity in the eyes of fans for over a year. But Liv Morgan has seemingly succeeded in infiltrating their relationship.

Rhea Ripley made a shocking return immediately following the main event on Monday night. She fast approached the ring where it appeared Dom had finally caved to Morgan's advances after she assisted him in getting his first pinfall victory over his father, WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio.

WWE recently posted the clip of Ripley confronting Dominik after her return on RAW. In the caption, the company hinted at the former NXT North American Champion losing his Mami.

"@dominik_35 had it all and he threw it away," WWE wrote.

Dom and Ripley united following Clash at the Castle in September 2022 after the young Mysterio turned on his father in Cardiff, Wales. WWE has always implied that the two are romantically involved.

Despite their success together in The Judgment Day, Dominik has never been able to get one over his father any time they stepped foot in the squared circle for a match. That changed this week on RAW thanks to Liv Morgan.

Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley switched roles in their rivalry thanks to the WWE Universe

Rhea Ripley's dominant run as Women's World Champion for 380 days made her a de facto babyface in the eyes of fans. She was also instrumental in The Judgment Day's success.

Despite a heel in Ripley, it was Liv Morgan who returned in January 2024 with revenge in her mind after getting sidelined by The Eradicator in 2023. Ultimately, she was able to put her rival on the shelf for three whole months.

More importantly, Mami was forced to relinquish the Women's World Championship amid a very successful and lengthy reign. Morgan even upstaged the Aussie on social media.

Post-show this week, Liv Morgan was caught on camera enjoying the moment Rhea Ripley walked out on Dominik Mysterio. The company raised the question on social media if this is the end of the "Liv Morgan Revenge Tour" as she calls it.

With Ripley back, could it be signaling a high-profile SummerSlam title contest between her and Morgan with Dominik Mysterio somehow caught up in the middle of it? We most certainly will find out in the coming weeks.
