WWE and wrestling in general has changed a lot over the years. Many have discussed the transition of in-ring styles, and a legend's son believes his father could still easily outperform most modern names.
The legend being talked about is Harley Race, widely considered one of the toughest wrestlers in WWE history. Harley was one of the most charismatic and intelligent stars of his time, with a dominating physical presence to match his mic skills. His heel work led to some of the most memorable feuds of his career, and his son Justin Race understandably has a lot of respect for him.
Speaking on Sportskeeda's UnSKripted this week, Justin Race was asked about how his father would have fared against modern wrestlers like Cody Rhodes and Gunther. Justin Race stated that the modern stars wouldn't last very long with the legend.
"These guys nowadays, I mean once you pull all the pomp and circumstance and all the glitter and stuff, I don't think they'd last very long with him. And they certainly couldn't go an hour with him. There's not a whole lot of guys who can go an hour anymore." [5:17 onwards]
