A wrestling veteran recently shared his honest take on WWE's mysterious stable, The Wyatt Sicks. The name in question is former WCW World Heavyweight Champion Lex Luger.

The Wyatt Sicks, under the leadership of Uncle Howdy, made its debut on the June 17 edition of WWE RAW by attacking several employees, including Chad Gable, backstage. Last Monday, Abby the Witch gave Michael Cole a VHS tape featuring an intense interview between Uncle Howdy and Bo Dallas to reveal the actual motive of the group.

On the latest episode of Lex Expressed, Lex Luger raised his concerns about the faction. The 66-year-old claimed that although he wants The Wyatt Sicks to succeed, he is still skeptical of the group. The former Royal Rumble winner stated that the reason behind him not going all in yet might be his old-school mentality:

"I'd like to see it go for him [ Bo Dallas]. I'd like to see it go for the legacy of his brother. [...] I love Mike Rotunda. [...] That stuff's kind of far out for me. But I'm old school, so I don't know. I'll have to see more of it, of where they go. I'd like to see it succeed for the Rotundas and the legacy there. That's a great storyline. [But] I'd like to see how they're going to handle all of that, for sure. I'm not sure I'm all in on it yet, though," he said. [H/T: Wrestling Inc.]

WWE writer is also unsure about The Wyatt Sicks' future

Similar to Lex Luger, former WWE writer Vince Russo also shared his honest take on the faction's potential future.

During an episode of Legion of RAW, Russo claimed that only extreme booking decisions would help get the faction over with the fans. He further mentioned that he believes it would be difficult for the creative team to pull off a successful storyline involving The Wyatt Sicks:

"Unless you go to the extremes, there is no way to pull this off. Hold on, with that being said, could the WWE be purposely doing this? Because when it doesn't work in three or four weeks, 'Guys times have changed, they don't want it. They don't want entertainment anymore.' I'm telling you. Does this shut the critics up? 'We tried it, and nobody wanted it. They want wrestling, times have changed.' I'm telling you. I'm a writer. I don't know how you pull this off," he said. [From 36:00 onwards]
