WWE made a huge alteration to an upcoming championship match. The World Heavyweight Title bout between Gunther and Finn Balor at Saturday Night's Main Event will now be a Triple Threat.

The Ring General won the title at WWE SummerSlam after dethroning Damian Priest, thanks to The Judgment Day's Finn Balor's interference. At Survivor Series, the two stars faced each other again for the title, and Balor caused another interference. He tried to cost his former tag team partner the match, but Gunther showed that he didn't appreciate his involvement by attacking him.

Finn Balor didn't appreciate that either, and he demanded a match against The Ring General for the coveted title. The two stars were involved in an in-ring segment on RAW this week that turned physical. Damian Priest was also included in the brawl. The Prince stood tall and raised the title in the air. It's possible he could do that again at Saturday Night's Main Event if he wins the match.

Adam Pearce told Finn Balor backstage on WWE RAW that his match against Gunther will now be a Triple Threat match. He announced that Damian Priest would be the third man. It'll be interesting to see who will emerge victorious at the event.
