A WWE NXT star threw a fit backstage after the proceedings earlier tonight. This came after he lost a major opportunity to challenge for the gold.

Ethan Page burst onto the NXT scene in a huge way by attacking current NXT Champion Trick Williams from behind. He also admitted to attacking Noam Dar a few weeks prior. This admission didn't sit well with Oro Mensah, who attacked him multiple times. This resulted in Mensah getting himself banned from the building on last week's edition of WWE NXT.
Tonight on the developmental brand, both men were involved in the Battle Royal for the number one contender's spot for the NXT Championship. As soon as the match started, Oro Mensah attacked Ethan Page and they brawled to the back. The battle royal was eventually won by Je'Von Evans.

Following the match, Evans was having a celebratory chat with Ava backstage when Page stormed in, claiming that he was still in the Battle Royal since he never got eliminated. He also said that he would be having this chat with Ava instead of Je'Von Evans if it weren't for Oro Mensah. Evans then challenged Page to a match in the main event tonight, which the latter accepted.
It will be interesting to see if Evans will be able to pick up a second win tonight on WWE NXT.

If ever given a chance to change a storyline, Sunil would have booked Roman Reigns to end The Undertaker’s WrestleMania streak instead of Brock Lesnar. According to him, The Tribal Chief needed the victory more than Brock Lesnar, as the latter was already an established performer when he defeated ‘Taker.
