A big match has been announced for Money in the Bank

A big championship match was made official for WWE Money in the Bank on the latest episode of RAW. During the show, it was announced that Sami Zayn will defend his Intercontinental Championship against Bron Breakker at the upcoming Premium Live Event.

Last week on the red brand, Breakker confronted Zayn during his in-ring segment and expressed his desire to challenge for the coveted title. They were confronted by Sheamus, who's been chasing the title for numerous years now. It's the only thing preventing him from becoming a Grand Slam Champion in WWE.

Sami Zayn then convinced both men to have a match against each other on the show. During the bout, The Celtic Warrior was going for the Brogue Kick but Ludwig Kaiser attacked him. The referee called for the bell and the WWE veteran emerged victorious via disqualification.

On RAW this week, Bron Breakker took on Ludwig Kaiser in a singles match. The Imperium member was about to hit the former NXT Champion with a kick while he was lying next to the stairs, but Sheamus surprised him with a running knee.

During a backstage segment, Sami Zayn told Bron Breakker that he'd give him an Intercontinental Championship match anywhere and anytime he wanted. Bron suggested Money in the Bank. Sami agreed and Adam Pearce made it official.
