CM Punk hasn't missed a WWE Premium Live Event since returning to the ring at SummerSlam this year. However, The Best in the World appears to have been removed from the Survivor Series: WarGames advertising.

CM Punk and Drew McIntyre have been feuding with each other for the better part of 2024. After losing at The Biggest Party of the Summer, The Straight Edge Superstar settled the score with the Scotsman in a Strap Match at Bash in Berlin.

The two stalwarts will finish their trilogy in Hell in a Cell Match at the Bad Blood Premium Live Event on October 5.

Ahead of this highly anticipated matchup, there were some rumblings online about Punk potentially challenging Gunther for the World Heavyweight Championship at Survivor Series: WarGames this year. However, the rumored bout remains up in the air after WWE officially replaced CM Punk with 10-time Tag Team Champion Jey Uso on its website.

The other superstars advertised for the marquee show are Cody Rhodes, Drew McIntyre, Gunther, Liv Morgan, and Rhea Ripley.

Drew McIntyre comments on his feud with CM Punk

The Second City Saint has been a thorn in the side of the Scotsman. He cost McIntyre the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania XL and scre*ed him out of title opportunities numerous times.

In a chat with Sam Roberts at Fanatics Fest NYC, Drew McIntyre said he and CM Punk would continue to feud until one of them was not on the same brand or in WWE anymore.

"He said he won’t stop, and he’ll make sure that I’ll never be world champion, and I know that’s true, until he is officially out of WWE, so we’re gonna go until one of us is not in the company anymore, at least not on the same brand, it feels like, because I want to be world champ and he’s prevented it multiple times. So we’re just gonna have to, I don’t know, one way or the other, exile the other out the company," McIntyre said.

WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray believes Punk and McIntyre should have an "I Quit" stipulation for Bad Blood. Will the two men end their long-running feud once and for all next month? Only time will tell.
