Maxxine Dupri of Maximum Male Models has teased her WWE in-ring debut on Twitter.
Dupri has not wrestled since she was signed following SummerSlam tryouts in 2021. She made her debut as Sofia Cromwell in NXT, but only as an on-air talent. She was immediately called up to the main roster last year to serve as the valet for Maximum Male Models.
The 25-year-old superstar was introduced as the sister of LA Knight, who was known back then as Max Dupri. She eventually took over as Director of Talent for Maximum Male Models, managing both Mån.sôör and Ma.çé.
The trio was drafted to Monday Night Raw, and the official Twitter account of USA Network thought that it might be time for Maxxine to step into the WWE ring. She responded and teased making her in-ring debut.
New Champs in WWE! More RIGHT HERE
Maxxine Dupri is doing a fantasic job as a valet on the main roster. She's entertaining and hilarious in segments featuring Chad Gable and Otis. It will be interesting to see if she'll make the transition from manager to wrestler.
Maxxine Dupri also teased her in-ring WWE debut last year
In an interview with WWE’s El Brunch last year, Maxxine Dupri was asked about her future in the ring. She revealed that she's been training and making progress, so don't count out the possibility of seeing her wrestle.
"It's definitely a possibility in the future," Dupri said. "I'm training. Sometime down the road, we might get that treat."
Dupri is currently in the middle of a storyline with Chad Gable and Otis. She has been trying to recruit Otis to leave Alpha Academy and join Maximum Male Models. WWE has teased splitting up Alpha Academy for a while now and it might be heading that way.
Gable and Dupri arguing at ringside on this week's episode of Raw led to Otis' defeat at the hands of Mustafa Ali. While her pursuit of Otis doesn't need her to wrestle, it might be only a matter of time until she takes a bump to further the story.
