Mandy Rose reacts to Jey Uso winning the WWE Intercontinental Championship
Former WWE Superstar and NXT Women's Champion, Mandy Rose, has reacted to Jey Uso winning his first singles championship in the Stamford-based promotion.
Speaking on the Power Alphas podcast, Rose congratulated the new Intercontinental Champion after his triumphant win. She said that she was very happy for the 39-year-old star for winning his first singles title and also appreciated the Stamford-based promotion for its storytelling. She also took note of how popular Uso currently was with the fans.
"Shoutout to Jey Uso for winning the Intercontinental Title, last night, Monday Night RAW which was two days ago now. Very happy for him, he beat Bron Breakker. I really like the story they [WWE] told, but very happy for him because I think his story says it all. He is so over right now, I mean his YEET thing alone," Rose said.
In 2023, Uso parted ways with The Bloodline and quit the SmackDown brand before moving to Monday Night RAW. During his time on the blue brand, Jey teamed up with Jimmy and held the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship for 316 days. At the same time, they held the SmackDown Tag Team Championship for 622 days.
After switching to RAW, Jey and Cody Rhodes teamed up and won the tag titles, before the real-life Bloodline member shifted his focus to his singles career.
